Yes, I’m typing on my iMac. Which has a new hard drive installed in it. Which took 20 minutes. Well, 10, plus a couple of trips to find the right screwdriver head, and the ‘Black Stick’ nylon tool we use to pry Apple machines open with. N has repaired dozens of these things, and guess what, the HDD he removed was fried. And the case HAD NOT been cleaned of dust, like I was told on the phone.
$109 out of pocket. But guess what, I didnt have to drive to Doncaster. Again.
